I already have my ticket for opening night which is Friday the 18th! (I have to go after work and class since I work and go to a University full time) And of course I am going Slytherin style because honestly, Slytherin is the best house there ever is, ever was, and ever will be.

Gryffindor has won the house cup three and then two years in a row (1,2,3,5,6 those are the years)

Just think about, if Harry and his band of misfits never did anything great..take that back...Harry barely does anything while Hermione does everything..but anyways...Slytherin always is number one when it comes towards the end of the year. Gryffindor just gets points because Harry has the luck of the Irish and can do something stupid and get points. Any person could have stabbed a snake with a sword. Any person could have gotten the key out of the air on the broom. Lets be serious, everyone acts like he is a great wizard, he is mediocre. So, to me, I still love Slytherin, always have, always will be and there is no use in you replying to me cause it doesn't matter what anyone outside of my fellow Slytherins think. They may have won in the books, but we Slytherins are kicking everyone's tails on here.
(And I know that they won, winning the house cup has nothing to do with why you should like a certain house. You should like the house because you agree with them the most and I feel I fit in with the Slytherins. If everyone thinks about it, most people won't even fit in with theGryffindors, everyone just likes the Gryffies cause of Harry. I am true to my Slytherin self.)

Grrr! I still have to wait until the 25th of November to see it... But that's just another week, isn't it? Too bad it seems like an age!
Enjoy the movie tonight, Daphne!!
And you're perfectly right when you say Slytherin is the best for us! The Sorting Hat didn't put us there for nothing, did it? Anyway, if you ask me, courage is nothing without cunning! You need both to survive without 'sheer dumb luck'...

And your point is what? All becuase Harry is in Gryffindor does not mean they are the best house. Now ask yourself this, IF Harry had been put in Slytherin, would you like Slytherin? The answer is yes. Most people like the house that Harry is in but if Harry was not in Gryffindor, half of you all wouldn't even like Gryffindor. So don't give me none of that Harry is great crap cause all because he can do lucky things does not mean Gryffindor is great.

[glow=purple,2,300]That's a very true point, Daphne. At first I liked Gryff, also. I changed my mind after I kept taking online tests to see what house you'd be in, and I kept getting Ravenclaw. So then the idea kinda grew on me. And then since I joined this site way back when, and my friend Goldie and I were both put in Ravenclaw, I've been a die-hard Ravenclaw.
I sympathize with you, really I do. Right after I finished the 6th book I called one of my friends in Cali (Goldie, actually) so I could talk to someone about it. I talked to her for about an hour, and I barely ever use my cell when it's not free. But I just HAD to talk, ya know? I would've gone crazy otherwise. But anyways, my family is going to see it Thanksgiving, so I do hope you find someone to talk to about it. [/glow]

The reason i like Gryffindor is that I agree with its values and if Hogwarts was real, I would like to think that I have the qualities to become a Gryffindor, intelligent, brave etc. It's not just because Harry was placed in that house, even thought I can see why people would think that.

Yeah ditto that Emma! Gryffindor rocks!
By the way, who has watched the movie already? We're not allowed to discuss it here right, in case we spoil it for some people?
